below is a list of ingredients that may be excluded from some diets. next to each ingredient is a list of all the products we produce which contain that element.

if you have an allergy or intolerance to a particular ingredient, please specify this in the special request section when placing your order.

 

every effort will be taken to ensure your food is made safely, but we cannot give a guarantee that any dish will be 100% free from that ingredient.

gluten:

dynamite roll, soft shell crab uramaki, tempura prawn uramaki, tempura prawn futomaki, spicy tuna tempura maki, california roll, vegetable tempura futomaki, soy sauce

crustaceans:

dynamite roll, soft shell crab uramaki, tempura prawn uramaki, tempura prawn futomaki, spicy tuna tempura maki

fish:

being sushi makers, fish is used widely across our menu. currently we use three types of fish: tuna, salmon, and sea bass. any item which contains one of these fish, will specify it in the description

sesame:

tuna and avocado uramaki, salmon and avocado uramaki, soft shell crab tempura uramaki, seaweed salad, avocado uramaki, grilled zucchini and red pepper uramaki

soya:

soy sauce contains soya. we don't use soya or derivatives of it in any other products

eggs:

we don't use eggs in any of our dishes, but there is egg in the mayonnaise we use. dynamite roll, soft shell crab uramaki, tempura prawn uramaki, tempura prawn futomaki, spicy tuna tempura maki, california roll, vegetable tempura futomaki

mustard:

there is mustard in our wasabi

peanuts:

we don't use peanuts in any of our dishes

nuts:

we don't use nuts in any of our dishes

moluscs:

we don't use moluscs in any of our dishes

celery:

we don't use celery in any of our dishes

milk:

we don't use milk in any of our dishes

lupin:

we don't use lupin in any of our dishes

sulphur dioxide:

we don't use sulphur dioxide in any of our dishes
